On August 25th, SNSD's Sunny, Hyoyeon, and Yoona appeared on MBC's "We Got Married", a variety show that pairs celebrities as two couples sham. "We Got Married" is currently looking for a new partner to be a permanent partner in the fourth season and the variety show banner in Seoul Olympic Stadium during the "SMTOWN LIVE WORLD TOUR III" in Seoul.

In addition must be at least 19 years, here are some additional requirements that must be met:

1. Not being a boyfriend / spouse.
2. Must be willing to show your face without make-up and does not in-soles in shoes.
3. Able to faithful during the marriage in the event.
4. Must be honest and not pretending about everything, without hiding anything.

However, in the short clip, Sunny, Hyoyeon, and Yoona stated that the three are not eligible to become a player in "We Got Married". Hyoyeon disqualified for not showing her face without make-up, Sunny disqualified because he could not leave the in-soles, and Yoona claimed that she might not be able to faithful during a wedding in this variety show.

In another video, Super Junior's Sungmin also showed up and read the banner follow the requirements of 'We Got Married'. Then, Sungmin SHINee Taemin asked about who he most wanted as a couple in "We Got Married", and Sungmin chose Sunny (I knew it! LOL).

Scheduled on November 25th of 2012, SMTown will bring down chants and joys as they plan to hold the next SMTown Wold Tour III at Bangkok,Thailand! Meanwhile, SMTown has just finished their concert at Seoul and is heading to Jakarta, Indonesia on September 22nd, before Thailand!

‘It’s Me’, Sunny! And This Is Our OST ‘To the Beautiful You

Shooting out with OST tracks, another member of SNSD was chosen to sing an OST track for SM’s latest drama, ‘To the Beautiful You’. Following from the release of ‘Butterfly’ by Jessica and her sister, Krystal, it is now time to enjoy the next OST sang by Sunny and f(x)’s Luna!.


Titled ‘It’s Me’, it is finally released as both Sunny and Luna blasts their smooth vocals. It is available for download on multiple sites such as MelOn, Bugs, Mnet etc (and maybe on Itunes in a few days).

Whilst randomly surfing the Web, I just happened to come across this extremely well-produced video tribute to our dear Tiffany for her special day, so I thought that I would share it with you gals and guys here on SK. Been hearing whispers recently? Whispers about Girls’ Generation’s next new Japanese single? READ and find out! ~insert suspenseful music

Although the title has not yet been revealed, the release date has been made public! Save the magic day, everyone: September 26, and keep your eyes glued and ears perked for any sliver of news on it! Of course, we will do our best to keep you updated.

But wait; it’s not done yet! September 26 will be a double lucky day because SNSD’s “Complete Video Collection” will be released as Blu-Ray (all region) and DVD (region code 2)! Like the title suggests, the collection will include the major singles and tracks, such as Genie and Time Machine. There will be two disks, each consisting of different songs, one in Korean and one in Japanese. Better start savin’ up!

The Girls’ Commemorative Stamps Sales Goes Postal

Remember the earlier announcement about the release of a set of commemorative Korean stamps featuring the 9 ladies of SNSD ? Well, guess what ? At the official sales launch of these items in Korea today (9th August 2012), within a space of 1 hour, half of the total allocated sales stock flew off the shelves into the hands of happy SONEs and stamp collectors alike .

These set of stamps, specially created by Choi Jinwook, the postal team leader at Seoul Central Post Office, were released for sale at 10 am today (Korean time) and within an hour, almost 600 sets (out of a total sales allocation of 1,200 sets) were sold .

Designed to commemorate the 5th Anniversary of our 9 favourite (not to mention also, highly talented) young ladies, they feature photos from Soshi’s third Korean album “The Boys”, as well as images from their past album releases like “Oh!” and “Hoot!”, making a total of 14 stamps altogether.

Each stamp featuring an individual image of the 9 ladies also comes with an autograph of the person gracing it. Now, that’s what I call a good sales gimmick indeed .

The price of each stamp set ? Only 20,000 Korean Won.

Now, before international SONEs go fretting about the unfairness of it all, good news is available. These stamps can actually be pre-ordered from YesAsia and will be shipped out when they are released for worldwide sales on the 17th of August 2012. (Yay !)

So SONEs all over, get your fingers working and hop on over to the YesAsia website to place your pre-orders before these stamps sell-out (which I imagine will be quick ).

Meanwhile, have a gander at the photo of the sales queue for the purchase of these coveted items. Just look at the number of ajusshis and ahjummas in the sales line. This is a true reflection of the power of Soshi indeed .
